The music magazine Gaffa describes Kokoro as ambitious and successful, gives it four stars, and writes that “it’s all nicely put together.”

In collaboration with designer Lil’Ol’Lady, Per Bloch has created an extra dimension to the Kokoro music: a handmade book with photography, postcards and lyrics to the eight love songs in eight languages. The lyrics are also translated into English and of course a download link to the music is enclosed.

The photographs are taken by Per Bloch, Lil’Ol’Lady, Lukas Renlund and Lars Schwander. All 200 copies are handmade – gathered, cut and punched and wrapped by hand.

The price of the book is 250 DKK + shipping and is only available directly through Per Bloch. To order your copy, send an email to per@stimuli.dk with your address and how you’d like to pay (Pay Pal, bank transfer, Mobile Pay etc.), and the book will be on its way to you.

Lil’Ol’Lady about the book:

“The journal contains Per’s photographic memories from all the travels and places that inspired the album, so I wanted the publication to be a sort of travel journal with visual impressions to go with the songs. Each song has its own “chapter” and contains a postcard, with the song, that the reader can send to someone they love, and share the song with them.”
